I have a big terracotta pot by the side of the greenhouse that I like to plant with late summer perennials such as Gaura and Agapanthus; this was the inspiration behind this plein air painting which shows the greenhouse interior and my favourite green watering can.
The painting has been professionally framed with a wooden, hand-painted frame in a warm grey (Farrow & Ball).
